A great option if I don't have a time slot open to 'physically' personal train you or for my out-of-towners!  This consist of 2 weeks worth of a 5-day-a-week workout plans catered to your goals!  You will alternate your plan every other week for a total of 6 weeks! Included is the restaurant/grocery guide, plateau suggestions, daily food suggestions to help meet your goals, vitamin information, intermittent fasting information, a questionnaire, and basic general rules of working out! THiS IS NOT A DAY TO DAY MEAL PLAN, just suggestions to guide you! If you want a weekly meal plan, purchase the Nutrition plan separately! This will all be emailed directly to you, plus I'm always available to you to keep you on track for the 6 weeks!  For your convenience, you will have access (password protected) to all my video exercise demos to understand each exercise stated on your plan!  PLEASE READ!!! YOU MUST DOWNLOAD AND PRINT YOUR INFO WITHIN 24 HOURS!

Turn around time is 3-4 days for me to have time to plan around your custom needs so please keep that in mind if you want to start your workouts and healthy lifestyle on a Monday!
